BISP Cluster Payment October 2025: Distribution, Check Districts Using CNIC

Government of Pakistan has introduced a new digital payment method, Cluster Payment System, under BISP to ensure timely and safe distribution of Rs.13,500 to eligible women. The system divides districts into clusters managed by banks and mobile wallets, enhancing transparency and security.

Instead of bulk payments, funds are distributed district-wise following a schedule. Each cluster is linked to a specific bank or wallet, like HBL, Bank of Punjab, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Habib Microfinance, streamlining the process and providing easier access for rural women.

The cluster-based model aims to prevent fraud, reduce waiting times, and promote financial inclusion. Beneficiaries can check their payment details online via CNIC on the official 8171 portal.
